Booking Policy:

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. After that, the booking will be canceled without refund.

• If Piles Ranch must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will forfeit the full booking amount.

For your safety and comfort, closed-toe shoes are required. We also recommend weather-appropriate clothing since you’ll be interacting with animals and our barn and outside is not climate controlled.

We are at 28518 Leonard Road Centertown, MO 65023. When coming from Jefferson City, turning on West Railroad from Centertown, when you see the red split rail fence slow down as it turns to gravel over the hill.

Yes, we have a restroom on the property in the form of a porta poty. So if this is not your thing, use the facilities before you arrive-Our centertown gas station has a bathroom and grab a drink to sip on while your here!

Please follow directions in your booking email. Unless other wise specified, upon arrival you should be greeted by someone to tell you where to go, if not drive up to the barn.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Piles Ranch. You may be asked to leave if this occurs! Thank you for understanding.

Our restroom is not, but our farm is to an extent. Most terrain is gravel, some grass and then hills depending on where the animals are. However most animals can be accommodated and brought to guests in wheelchairs ect.

While we love animals-clearly-we ask that you leave your dog at home. Our animals are used to Ember but Ember is not used to unwanted dogs on her property as her job is to protect it. Please contact us prior to booking to discus if you have a service dog so we can make accommodations to housing Ember prior to your appointment.
