Get to Know Us

Greetings! We're Jamie and Nikki Piles, residing in Centertown, MO, alongside our three energetic boys.

Our journey began in 2018 when we acquired the family property from Jamie's parents. Initially, our farm had ducks, horses, and our loyal dogs. Intrigued by the idea of self-sufficiency and fueled by our love for chickens, we expanded our flock to include chickens for fresh eggs.

The arrival of our first son in 2019 marked a turning point, and by 2020, amidst the challenges of COVID, we embraced the path to self-sufficiency wholeheartedly, introducing our first goats and pigs to our homestead. Today, we proudly raise our own pork, chickens, and eggs.

The subsequent years brought new blessings, with the addition of our middle child in 2021 and the anticipation of our third in 2022. Since 2022, Nikki has dedicated herself full-time to nurturing our growing family.

In the Autumn of 2023, we embarked on a new venture, opening our ranch to others. Our mission? To demystify the world of agriculture and foster a deeper understanding of where our food comes from. While we delight in offering hands-on experiences for cuddling and caring for our animals, it's equally important to us to share the intricacies of farming, livestock rearing, and the journey from farm to table.
